Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?
Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart

Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

Returns Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. If an item you ordered from UB18.SG  does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. ** If DHL pickup service is not available then customer has to bear charges for sending products to our place for replacement.**

When will my order be shipped?
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic reputed courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. UB18 COMPUTERS  PTE.LTD is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

How many days takes for refund the amount?

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

How UB18 Computers  doing packing of the product?
